Infront Client Trainers focus on educating and supporting end users on the data and functional capabilities of our desktop product line. The Client Trainer provides excellent product, markets and client knowledge acting as a ”Subject Matter Expert” and focuses on building customer satisfaction and strong relationships with our end user client base to ensure client retention and growth
Location: Stockholm
The client trainer is responsible for the overall end-user satisfaction for all users allocated to the client trainer user portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high level end user focused training to experts, influential site contacts and end-users in the upper, mid tier and low tier product range….via ”floor walks”
- Build & own the relationship to key stakeholders in the financial marketplace in their sector of expertise and act as their competent partner
- Analyse client’s current usage of our products and suggest best practices
- Increase usage of analytical and data content in the Infront terminal
- Pro-actively initiate, design & deliver workshops/events for customers
- Pro-actively design, implement and run market campaigns in conjunction with sales cases and new releases
- Work with the account team to develop and execute account plans to protect our clients existing revenue and ultimately grow revenue
- Provide proactive feedback to the account team on clients’ use of products, future service needs, internal relationship issues/conflicts and competitive situations
- Identify untapped sources of potential revenue from both a product and service perspective as well as the departments that Infront has not yet penetrated at the client’s site
- Consolidate customer feedback regarding product enhancements and passes it on to the appropriate departments in the internal organisation
- Be always top informed about financial markets affecting their clients and keep abreast of competitor information
Qualifications
- Degree/equivalent Nordic qualification or relevant work experience
- Experience in Financial Markets i.e. Asset Management, Trading, Sales, Training, Account Management or Product Support
- Strong Customer Service Skills as demonstrated by ability to anticipate and meet customer needs and build relationships
- Excellent knowledge of customer business needs and workflows
- Proficiency with trading floor technology; including data applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Swedish & English (Finnish is an advantage)
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Able to multi-task and has the ability to function in a time sensitive environment
- Project management experience and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter, independent worker
